Is it possible a toolbar.cfg file in KM user profile to change toolbars definitions as accel.cfg or menus.cfg?
With this method is more easy change toolbar buttons, add or delete it.
You have a default toolbar.cfg file in \Skins[skin_name]\ and user modifications in your \Profiles[profile_name]\xxxxxxxx.slt\ folder.

I think that would be a good implementation for the next K-M version.
