Support for saving page as .mht file

.mht format seems to be in the process of being adopted as the standard way of saving a web page as a single file.

Could K-Meleon support this please? Request from someone else can be found in the 1.5a1 thread.

Many thanks

OK thanks. Sorry did not realise it depended on Mozilla, and no date scheduled for it! Pity.

But you can open .mht file with ietab
or ie macro built-in default in k-meleon.

Basically you might be right. Opera supports the .mht format as well. Nonetheless I prefer PHF over .mht for a couple of reasons. So far about standards smiling smiley
There is also a UserJS for PHF which works fine with Opera. Wonder if this UserJS could be modified to work with the Gecko engine as well. K-Meleon renders the PHF archives made with Opera flawless.

I'm trying to adapt the firefox extension to save in mht format 'I don't remember the name).

I have tried it with Firefox, and opening mht file opens IE.

I haven't begun, and I don't know if it will work.
