I do not understand whether I can do it, but I feel impossible only by the change of the string, but do not understand it for concreteness which file is a thing of an objective file.
Please teach it who it is.
Or, from a source level, must I hack?

erica has to use translation scripts sometimes - so we wait till we know what he needs or wants.
I think erica wants to make a translation of K-meleon, and is asking for help in how to do it.
Translating the kml file is one part, that can be done with any text editor.
For the rest, such as the kmeleon.dll file, you need a program called ResHacker.
