I need an extra button with the function "Clear All Cookies" (Kmeleon 1.02)

Try the Bar "Vie Privée"; Maybe You could edit it down/comment out/reduce to a single or 2 buttons. There You only use block cookies and clear cookies.

You can create a new button in your toolbar.
Following this thread instructions: Create a new toolbar button

Your button in toolbars.cfg must be similar structure, you only change names, description and icon that you like.

Line "macros(AllPrefs)|Config" you must changed for this:

privacy(ClearCookies)|Clear &Cookies

Example:

Privacy Buttons{
    %ifplugin privacy
    Clear Cookies{
    privacy(ClearCookies)|Clear &Cookies
    Clear All Cookies.
    menu.bmp[17]
    }
    %endif
}

You not needed add lines in macros.cfg.
