Netscape.
Is there a plugin for K-Meleon 0.9.13 ?

nein - no plugin for that. maybe describe what You want to do?
maybe something exists.

mostly we used the k-m native macro language or the new lua macro by mark307.

And comment-xyz presently/immediately into win-clipboard.
