K-meleon + PHP-CLI

Is it possible to create a plugin (dll) or build kmeleon to add php-cli (php command line interpreter) as a plugin application? I have no idea how to build or create plugins for kmeleon but I can see that having php with kmeleon would surely be a hit in deploying this as a browser/application sort of thing. kmeleon would be the rendering engine for html or xul.

thinking out loud.

If such a think ever occurs, K-meleon will have one of the best development platforms ever, and it would be just wow

i have tried to use MozPHP into Kmeleon ... the current problem i have is to delete the xpti.dat and compreg.dat everytime when kmeleon is closed.

http://www.thomas-schilz.de/MozPHP/

1. put the ff files inside the components folder

* phptohtmlconv.dll
* nsIPostData.xpt
* cfh_protocol.dll
* cfh_protocol.xpt
*php4ts.dll

2. put the php.exe file inside the main kmeleon folder

3. delete xpti.dat and compreg.dat in the components folder

4. launch kmeleon

refer to the url above for testing and for the files except (php related files)
