I have been testing your unofficial KM browser, It runs real smooth. Thanks for sharing...........

i tried a couple of days the other unofficial V09b ...and i just fall on your 0.8 2+ which more recent and based on mozilla 1.8a2 instead of 1.7.3 ...

what are really the difference of these two Version ...and why everyone could take the kmeleon code to make there own ...really is it permiss ?

But i think its a good things to find those unofficial version waiting for the official ...the update is good ...cause the 0.8.2 dated ...

K-Meleon is an open source project
You can roll Your own browser freely (but You issue them as un-official)
there are slight alterations in unofficials - I like Sebastian's alterations.

AFAIK Sebastian's 0.82+ (or the compilation idea)
is based on a very fast statik build by Dorian.

( 0.8.2+ is older than the new betas called 0.9 that are based on 1.7.3 or 1.7.4)
( 0.8.2+ is still faster in most situations than new 0.9bs - it combines proven 0.8.2 k-m code with a new rendering engine and chrome - 0.9s are the code for next k-m)

It looks nice, but...
I can't get skins to work in this version.
I download the skins and unzip them in the skins directory. I select the new skin in Preferences. I restart K-Meleon and nothing has changed!
Am I doing something wrong?

Something else seems to be wrong: I can set 'hotkeys' (keyboard shortcuts), but they don't work... I set ctrl+left arrow to be 'go back one page', and it sticks, but it does not work!
