The BMP images in the toolbar, and backgrounds.

I haven't authored any by myself, I just nabbed some from the Opera.com site and converted the PNG files to BMP.

WinXP, MacOS and a few of the better original ones. Although kind of wimpy, the butterfly one probably has the most finished look.
