hi will this browser run off a zip disk? like everything incl. cache?

Well technically it should be able to run wherever you happen to install it, as long as there's enough disk space to handle the cache.
I've found that you can set the cache directory to %TEMP% without trouble. This lets you use the computers local disk for the cache independent of where the app is runing. C:\temp is probably also a safe place.
