K-meleon 1.70 db Help!

Where can I download K Meleon version 1.7 db?
Please, if anyone has a link from this version.
And just one more question. Is this the version with the latest gecko?

1.7 db is unsafe. I don't like the score on the security
test it gets. 1.6 has NoScript and is better.

I can't make NS work on 1.7 db.
If it worked it would get a 14 on the test.

1.6 gets a 13 that's not bad 1 less than a stock FF26!
