If You mean pre-define many tabs and open all predefined tabs at the same time?
try group macro for that.

If my answer is not what You want not try to explain what You want.

- If You have language problem like me? Many ppl here are not English.

You can also try to explain in some other languages maybe You find better understanding - i know that there are also ppl speaking Spanish

(Your url seems to be from Spain) , French and German.

Open all the pages you want to open after in the same time.

When all the layers are opened, save the group:

Groups >> 'Save layers as group' and give the name you want (sports, for example)

You can now open these layers in the same time by using the menu entries:

'Open group only' which closes all the layers opened and opens the layers og the group sports.
'Open group additionnaly...' which opens the layers without closing the previous opened layers.(or by just entering sports in URL bar and hitting Alt+Enter)

You have also the way to set your group as home page by using the menu:

View > Home > Start with group

A+
