URL History

I'm trying to add the URL history list to the Layers Popup by using

%ifplugin layers
LayerButtonPopup {
layers(Close, &Close)
-
Home Page\tCtrl+H = ID_NAV_HOME
%ifplugin history
history()
%endif

}
%endif

but it doesnt work, am I doing it wrong?
