I have written a system which will allow a user to switch throbbers from a menu item under the EDIT menu. You still have to stop and restart KM in order for the change to happen.
This system will install a new folder in KM root folder and name it 'throbbers'. The user can put any throbber avi file into the folder. It must have a unique name and cannot be named 'default'. There exists a 'default.avi' file of length zero in the folder. This is choice you would make to stop using an alternate throbber and return to using the throbber in your skin.
Use the 7z program to extract files from Alt_throbbers.7z to K-Meleon's root folder.

There was a error in the previous posting. This has new code and includes instruction within the program.
