Many thanks to all the people developing this browser.
I just tried it recently after becoming frustrated with Opera seemingly becoming slower.
K-Meleon seems very good indeed.

I'm tweaking things to suit my needs at the moment & one of the things I'd like to have is the Autofill function as a button on my toolbar.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
I tried guessing at this which I included in my toolbars.config but it didn't work:

Autofill {
ID_NAV_AUTOFILL
Autofill
1.bmp[4]
2.bmp[4]
3.bmp[4]
}

Can you explain what you like do with "Autofill" exactlly?
ID_NAV_AUTOFILL command not exist.

Well, it depends on exactly what Autofill can do.
Can I get it to fill various fields in forms or is it not capable of that?
Perhaps I'd need an extension?

I found an extension for Firefox called autofillForms which looks good but is an xpi file.

I think I have the files in the right places but I don't know how to write a Macro to "call it" as you advise.
I've no idea where to start with making a Macro!

So, JamesD & guenter, are you guys saying that the autofillForms I'm trying to get to work will not work in K-Meleon?

K-Meleon does not have the wand function that AFAIK Opera has for some years.

p.s. The slowness that recent Opera versions seem to have - is IMHO from waiting for its build in extra programs especially the mail. You probably know to shut them down.

I never missed a any feature of Opera.

I came here years ago when an Opera version had a problem with Java Applets. Viewing and creating animating e.g. lake applets is one of my favorite pass times.

Long ago I hacked Roboform to function for me. For some time I had alain's macro to start it. But I could also go without..

How do I turn on the function that will fill-in a sentence that I am typing on a form? Not a whole-page fill-in, just the current single text-field that I'm typing. Of course it would use what I've typed there before.

I believe this is just a simplified autofill.

There is no autofill form function native to KM. The only substitutes are mentioned within this thread.
