What exactly is meant by
"Note: Popup must be defined *before* being used as a submenu"?
Obviously, just inserting the command (In this case a "new window" command) into the appropriate slot in the pop-up section doesn't do the job. What must I do?
a popup menu is just another name for a sub menu. you must define the sub menu in the file above where it is actually inserted into a main menu.
