@salta,
K-Meleon is a windows program which is compiled with Microsoft C++, so it can't be considered as a Linux program.
But, Fred has adapted a few versions to work with Linux (wine in fact).
The wine version must be greater than 1.x.x.
I use K-Meleon 1.52 official (not the Fred builds) without big problems. Just notice sometimes, but I haven't yet found the reason, some crashes (it disappeared completely) but not often.
I have upgrade FlashBlock recently, and I'll survey if it crashes again.
I have just modified the Setup to make it install the good exe version. Wine only works with K-Meleon_w9x.exe the 9x version.
The setup actually online can be used, but you must extract the good exe with 7zip (for example) and replace K-Meleon by the version you have extracted. Just delete or rename K-Meleon.exe and then copy and rename the new exe to K-Meleon.exe.
