I'm trying to contact google.

In a first time, to ask them to clear 'Internet Spirit Web Browser' and 'GhostFow Web Browser' from the search page cache.

And in a second time, after having found the last websites promotting these robwares, ask them to completely and definitively clear and block them.

But it's really hard to understand how to proceed.

Here are some google pages which can perhaps find an answer:

Google Terms & Conditions
Google Complain

If somebody can help me to find the good URL, and the good arguments to mail them ...

DotEasy has sent a negativ answer, they always prefer money to justice ...sad smiley

Cnet has answer positively and we have to confirm our demand and the software will be removed from CNet and all the sites of the group.

HardyCreations is now November 1st up. It seems that it's contract with DotEasy is download traffic limited.

Each K-Meleon user can first send a mail to hardycreations@centurytel.net to ask him to stop the license enfringements, and if you have time to download this shit, to limit the time the website will be up.

You have also found “HyperSonic”, a new browser which is similar to Firefox Aurora, version 5.0.
The domain (www.internetwebbrowser.net) appears to be active.
Please contact Mozilla to remove HyperSonic.

Hardy's trying to sell the source code...

The domain Internet-Spirit.org is removed.

Yes, its really incredible, that this guy can continue infringments, with the complicity of download websites (cnet, tucows, ...) often US websites.

The MPL license says:

3.1. Distribution of Source Form

All distribution of Covered Software in Source Code Form, including any
Modifications that You create or to which You contribute, must be under the terms
of this License. You must inform recipients that the Source Code Form of the
Covered Software is governed by the terms of this License, and how they
can obtain a copy of this License. You may not attempt to alter or restrict the
recipients’ rights in the Source Code Form.

3.2. Distribution of Executable Form

If You distribute Covered Software in Executable Form then:

such Covered Software must also be made available in Source Code Form, as
described in Section 3.1, and You must inform recipients of the Executable Form
how they can obtain a copy of such Source Code Form by reasonable means in a
timely manner, at a charge no more than the cost of distribution to the
recipient; and

You may distribute such Executable Form under the terms of this License, or
sublicense it under different terms, provided that the license for the Executable
Form does not attempt to limit or alter the recipients’ rights in the Source Code
Form under this License.

It's clear that these websites do not care ... they make money.

I doo't have the faith to beat me against windmills, namely download sites and this vile madman ... but if someone wants to, I'm not against.

Good luck, Even!

Hardy has tried to continue “Creative Paint”...

It's located here at Creative-Paint.com.

It's an image editor (similar to Paint.NET).

WinDOS has been continued (MyWinDOS.com).

The download links use a file that doesn't exist on GreatCDPlayer.com's host (otherdownloads).

The Creative CD Player logo uses Microsoft Sans Serif for the lowercase letters.
Michael Hardy is trying to charge money for the source code.
