Export for archive or backup?
Go to Edit > Configuration > Profile Directory > right click on bookmarks.html, open it and save it to ... bookmarks.html and a save location.

Export to other browsers?
Bookmarks.html is an old Mosaik Netscape bookmark format. All Gecko browsers can read and reuse k-meleon's bookmarks file. Copy the file bookmarks.html to their profile or choose Import in their bookmarks manager...

All other browsers can at least read bookmarks.html. It is a html file after all.

<!DOCTYPE NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1>
<!-- Generated By KMeleon -->
<!-- This is an automatically generated file.
It will be read and overwritten.
Do Not Edit! -->
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<TITLE>Bookmarks</TITLE>
<H1>Bookmarks</H1>).

Opera (File/Import&Export/Netscape Bookmarks)

Safari (File/Import Bookmarks).

IE: My guess it is in Edit > Import Export > Import Favorites should let You import bookmarks.html. - ( I use IE to get a browser and I tend to deinstall it after use - so I am not sure smiling smiley
