For SpellCheck Extension, I had found why the modification of dictionnaris didn't work with the last version.

I have forgotten to uncomment a line in the setup. Unfortunately, I can't access now to my page to upload the new version.

To correct it, just download the source of the script, and unzip the files from default\pref to the corresponding folder under K-Meleon, and it will work.

@ndebord, look at the previous page for an answer to your question.

Sorry for having posted errors
I have put in italic errors I tell sad smiley

In fact for SpellCheck, if modifications didn't work, it was because I dont put the last spelltest kplugin. You can take it, as long as I haven't the possibility to upload the last version, on mark307 page.

The correction I gave was for adblockplus, but I think the version online is already corrected.

A new update for AdBlockPlus extension (changing the kplugin which has been updated after my last version)

There were a bug on 'Blockable Items' window. A message was saying that AdBlockPlus was not correctly installed and didn't give the list.

That's ok now.

@ndebord,

I have tried to make it work, but I'm not sure about how it works.

To install it open the xpi file with 7zip for example

Extract fgupdater.js under defaults\prefs
Extract fgupdater.jar under chrome (the other jar for uninstall is not needed)
Extract chrome.manifest under chrome
rename chrome.manifest fgupdater.manifest
Edit it and replace :chrome/ by : (all the strings)
Launch K-Meleon

Now in AdblockPlus/Preferences you have a tab added for updates.

I haven't understood how it works. It seems that Filterset.G is installed, but I see no filters in the list

- Abonnement : Filterset.G [www.pierceive.com]
State : external update (by another extension) Last Update: Friday March 18 (succeed)

But in the preference box, setting tab, it says that Filterset.G isn't installed, and Last update : Never (which is probably the truth)

If you know how it works, thanks to report it here.

@ndebord,

Error, it works !!!

In fact, to make it work, you must add a new list before updating, else it creates an list entry but without url, and the update failed.

Delete de wrong declared list, and create a new one.

The url to enter is the url of the last filter file on the Filterset.G page

The download is long. Don't abort it, be patient, when finished, you see the list and the filters.

The only last problem, is that in the tab, no trace of the update, and the version. It will perhaps be ennoying for auto-update, but we probably can use 'Force update' button.

@Wladimir,

interesting point, personaly, for me, the en+fr list is enough.

About AdblockPlus, I made a corretion, you test and found ok, but when using I see that there were a little bug.

In 0.7.5.4, the kplugins is dated just some days after the one I used. Is it in fact the version 0.7.5.5 or do I miss something ?

As I was searching a way to make setup keep profiles and settings, like for Firefox, I was looking in prefs.js, obviously, and I found some prefs put by my extensions and which ought to be deleted instead of set to a negativ value.

So I have updated all the extensions using this way of control when creating menus.

These extensions are all games, all other browers and all downloaders extensions.

Games:
BlockFall, Cards, Frogger, MineSweeper, Mozteroids, Pagman, PingPong, Xoom, Xultris

Browsers
Firefox, Flock, IEtab, Netscape, Opera, Seamonkey

Downloaders
Flashget, Freshdown, OrbitDownloader, Wackget, wxDownload

I have also added the opera plugin (which must work with K-Meleon) to Flashget.
I have also added as it was for Freshdown, an accel to bypass downloader plugin when present for OrbitDownloader and Flashget. This accel is Alt-Left-Click, which launch the K-Meleon downloader.

I'm testing getjetablemail, and I think I will have finished to port it to K-Meleon soon.

The test I just made now has worked.
I don't know if it's due to the server, but I have been blocked about one minute, it seems that the mail adress is quickly given, but the xul box is blocked a little time, and it block K-Meleon.

I try to test again.

Yes, but it's different.

With 10minutemail, you have 10 minutes to keep the answer, and you must go on the site to read answers.

With this extension, you can choose the duration from 1 day to 8 days, and the mail is redirected to your real mailURL.

I made it work, but the problem I have is that the adaptation uses macros instruction instead of js instruction embed in jar to paste the address in the textarea, and K-Meleon doesn't wait for the result of the request before finishing.

So the prefs isn't deleted, and the value isn't corresponding with the parameters choosen and validated by hitting Ok button. In fact we haven't time to choose the duration and the mail address, the value is already pasted.

I search for solve it.

A new extension, the one I was taking about: GetJetableMail

Due to macro impossibility to pass parameter from macro to xul, I have used a pref to pass the parameter. It works, but macro doesn't wait for xul result (it's normal)
So, I haven't ported this extension the same way.

With Mozilla, clicking the menu entry from a textarea get the mail URL and paste it in the same textarea.

With K-Meleon, pasting must be made in a second time. Instead this ennoying point, the K-Meleon port has some advantage.

All the parameters of Mozilla version can be set with xul function, and some other features can be made more than with xul:

1) If you need in the same time period, the use of such mailURL, you can use it again, without getting a new one.

2) You can see the parameters of this address (real mail, mailURL, date, time and duration.

3) You can kill it.

4) You can just copy it, for example for using it with another program.

5) You can add tags to be pasted with mailURL, in forum post for example (the tags are [mail] and [/mail] by default).

6) You can edit these tags (untag is created from tag).

The menu is present under Tools > Mail & News > Jetable Mail and obviously under contextual text menus.

Have fun...

Sorry, but I'm not able to do this.

Perhaps due to the page encoding.

I suppose you'll see that what I have on the page is a kind of interrogation dot, and underscore, and again the first character.

When I enter it in the editor (ansi format), I have a square, an underscore, and another square, but when I paste in the forum I have not Sleepy, but the first described characters.

Can you send me the way to create these characters, Alt + xxx ?

What do you think about getJetableMail, don't you think it's better than 10minutesMail?

Other thing, I have send you a mail concerning KMES Setup improvements.

Sorry, i'm used Occidental instead UTF8 format. As you said there are a right square, an underline, a right square.

In spanish keyboard you can write "¬" character with AltGr + 6 (keyboard number, not pad number) or you can use Alt + 170 in ASCII or Alt+172 in ANSI to type this character.
I've seen that you don't have this simbol in your french keyboard.

You can read about this simbol in Wikipedia:
