Will K-Meleon launch a URL from a message in Agent

I wonder if anyone else is having difficulty getting K-Meleon to launch a URL which you click on from Agent? When using Netscape, I can click on the URL in a newsgroup message and Netscape would dispaly the page. K-Meleon follows the instructions in the preferences box, so I cannot get it to go straight to the page in the URL without copying and pasting. Does anyone know if you can configure K-Meleon/Agent to display pages directly?

Sorry folks - just founf out the answer to my own question. You uncheck "Use DDE" in the Options > General Preferences of Agent. Although what DDE is, I;ve no idea smiling smiley

DDE stands for Dynamic Data Exchange. It's a way for 2 programs to send messages to each other. In this case, Agent would send, 'open this url: ...', but no one would respond because we haven't set up k-meleon to work with DDE. So instead, it uses the normal method of launching things, by passing the url on the command line.
