Webwasher works as a proxy server, therefore the proxy setup discussion below is also valid here.
If you already have Webwasher configured properly, all you have to do is to edit the all.js file in the C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\defaults\pref directory.
For me it worked to set

pref("network.proxy.http", "localhost");
pref("network.proxy.http_port", 8080);
pref("network.proxy.type", 1);
