Is there any way to stop that from happening? If so, how?

EDIT: I figured out how to do it. All I had to do is set kmeleon.tabs.OnDoubleClick and kmeleon.tabs.OnMiddleClick to 5.

GUI for Changes is at F2 -> Tabbed Browsing -> Mouse Control -> On Double Click.

Has 4 states 4 on double click: Close, open, close or open, show Tab Menue.

I assume you got do nothing?

Yes, that is what I got. Its called 5 in the preferences though.
