editing MRU.maxURLs

First of all....great browser. Lean, mean and fast.....easy to configure too. Does exactly what I want without the bloat.
I tried to edit the maximum number of URL's displayed in the drop down menu using the prescribed method.........Edit----Preferences----Configs-----Prefs. I would make my edit, K-Meleon would ask if I would like to save......I would answer yes. When I restarted K-Meleon, the preferences would revert to their previous default settings. Note...I am not using the K-loader feature which would have required a Windows resart to save changes.
To make the changes work the way I wanted them to I went here....
"C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\Profiles\default\j25q7qn1.slt\Prefs.js" (closing K-Meleon first) and edited the Prefs.js file manually using Notepad. I saved the changes, when I re-started K-Meleon all was as I had specified.

Mike,
A couple of people have reported problems with prefs not saving. We'll need to check into that.

Hey Mike,
I have the same problem. As a workaround I did the following.
1. Close all instances of K-Meleon.
2. Close the K-Meleon Loader (if running)
3. Edit C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\Profiles\default\<your path>\Prefs.js by hand.
4. Save changes and restart K-Meleon.
Hope this is helpful,
Paul
