To whom it may concern,

We at http://www.pricelessware.org would like to start offering a CD that contains all of the freeware programs listed on our site. We are doing this to help out those that have dial up. We would only be charging for the cost of the materials. In the USA it would not exceed $3 We would like your permission to include your program K-meleon on the Pricelessware CD.

Do you only distribute in the USA? If I'm right you are allowed to redistribute K-Meleon because of the GNU GPL (General Public License), but as Eyes-Only said, someone who knows if it's allowed will reply on this.
Greetings,

Michael

The terms for distributing GPL'd software are of course naturally spelt out in the GPL Public Licence:

I trust an admin of Pricelessware would know of GPL, and it's very polite of him to ask for permission even when he doesn't need one.

BTW, Pricelessware seems like a very interesting project; if not for the CD, at least for the list.
