Don't want to switch to new tab directly

Hi.
When i open a new tab, the browser goes to new tab directly. I want to open several tabs and then i want to visit them one by one. I couldn't fine any option in preferences. May someone help me on this ?

You can just open background tabs instead of new tabs,


Backgrund tabs doe not swtich unless you select the tabs.

I think that if you hold down the control key while clicking with the right mouse button, you can open the link in a background tab.

Far simpler, I always just middle-click.
Or whatever you wish, but you must choose that option first.
