How do i use Firefox 4 user agent, which string should i pass?

User Agent string:-Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
Is this ok?
Sure that looks fine to me! But the real question is, what does the idiot checking it on the other end think is important?
I usually wouldn't spoof beyond the equivalent FF version. but shouldn't need to spoof anyway.
There is no - supposed to be in front of Mozilla 5.0 however.

KM 1.6 is based upon FF 3.5 equivalent, so although you can spoof sites, they may not work properly because of the spoof.

Hmm, wasn't the gecko in KM1.6 ~ FF 3.0
and KM1.7 ~ FF 3.5
K-M 1.6 = Gecko 1.9.1.x
K-M 1.7 = Gecko 1.9.2.x
Ff 4 = Gecko 2.0
K-M 1.6 = Gecko 1.9.1.x = Firefox 3.5.x = Seamonkey 2.0.x
K-M 1.7 = Gecko 1.9.2.x = Firefox 3.6.x
K-M 1.8 or 2.0? = Gecko 2.0.x = Firefox 4.0.x = Seamonkey 2.1.x

Sakes alive! Do you mean KM 1.8 and 2.0 are in development before 1.6 and 1.7 are final release? Could it be that K-M "1.8 or 2.0" is a typo or am I reading it wrong.:s

Calm down; it's just an initial draft. Mozilla will abandon Gecko 1.9.x someday like it did with 1.8.x and K-M will have to switch to Gecko 2.0; that's all.
How it would be called; 1.8 or 2.0 is imho secondary. But this are my 2 cents; the devs know better.
