Just a small thing I've been wondering about:
Why is both the download of K-Meleon and the unzipped program rougly twice the size of Opera?

because we're twice as good as Opera?
Because the embedded Mozilla part is roughly 1.7 times the size of Opera already. Add customisation of the interface, some plug-in system, the plugins themselves, and you can think 4MB is a very slim size. Opera also uses a lot of native Windows widgets, the form buttons for example are taken on Windows (that's why Opera can look terrible when you use Windowblinds)...
Have you tried downloading Opera for Linux, with the statically linked QT ? It's around 3.5MB too...
