I could care less whether KM is ESR or not.
KM is not ESR de facto
. I meant that there is some unofficial staff that could contribute to a KM ESR version. Last stable version is K-Meleon 1.5.4 (2010-03-05), near two years before 
. It's nonsense that there is some unofficial versions up to day and nobody is able to join all of the benefits of them in a new branch ESR, as 1.5.5 ESR or similar . Every time I join this place I see a new thing Kmeleon +, Kmeleon Twin, and I am very confused

simply state for yourself that current official is 1.6 not 1.5.4.
1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 branches are very different in terms of underlaying techs so new ones cannot be incorporated into old branch solution.
But most of the possible novelties are incorporated into 1.6 beta or KM Twin or are available as extensions which can be generally added into any version - from 1.5 (and even earlier) to 1.7.
KM nowadays is like Lego on Gecko :-) Every user could create its own assembly but inside all of them will remain the same K-Meleon.
If you want to get all the latest from community - give a try to KM Twin. If you just want get closer to the official edge of development - use 1.6beta2.5 by JamesD.
