Hello
When i download a file, the "open" button stay grey. Is there a way to open a downloaded file directly when you start to dowload a file ?
(sorry for my poor english) :-)
It may depend on the type of file and some code on the server from which you are trying to download the file. Sometimes when I click on a Quicktime file it just loads and other times I get a message box asking if I wish to play or save the file. I am sure there others on the forum with more knowledge of this than I.
It might help them to know your KM version and have a link to the file which you are trying to download.
