Help with Mouse events / Accelerator

I want to key an accelerator to shift and a left mouse click.
What is the correct syntax for that?
I think it should be something like:
CTRL LEFT_MOUSE_CLICK = ID_OPEN_LINK_IN_NEW_WINDOW
but have not found anything like it in the documentation. Or by searching the forums.
