Is possible to do an mouse gesture for go to top and bottom of page?

This option exist, Advanced Preferences panel (F2), K-Meleon plugins, Mouse Gestures -> Configure Gesture Mouse:
Scroll To Top Of Page
Scroll To Bottom Of Page

You need check "Enable Mouse Gestures" plugin and restart KM.
