Removing the title bar is possible with an extension. Look for TS-wincontrols in the extensions. http://kmext.sourceforge.net/
There are different versions for various KM versions. One of the things this extension does is add "Title Bar" to the VIEW menu. It is an ON/OFF toggle. It also adds a toolbar with normal title bar controls.
Yes,I had found that extension. But I will use the fullscreen model, because I don't want to install too much extensions, maybe those would affect the speed or memory usage of the K-Meleon.
Thanks,you and snuz2.
I tested with task manager open and could barely see any change when I changed the view of the title bar. By the time I could change my focus to task manager, all trace of it having run was gone.
If you have a hard drive space problem, most of the files in root/TOOLS/TS-WINCONTROL folder can be deleted. The only required file is kmwincontrollers.exe. You might want keep the README file.

don't worry about speed.
I have about 60 extensions installed - and no slow down.
This is just one of the advantages of KM over other browsers - extensibility not causing downspeeding.
@ JamesD
Yes,I had deleted all the other files as you said, and worked fine!
@ rodocop
Not exactly!
Last time I'd installed some extensions, and the speed was obviously slow! But I didn't know which one caused that, maybe the NoScript I guess!
I'd seen the files from dugbug before, but didn't use! I'll try it later.
