I speak spanish, i mostly speak english but i prefer spanish. I want if someone can say that k-meleon 1.6.0 will be in SPANISH PLEASE

KM 1.6.0 is currently in beta development. Languages other than English will be provided once the software is released as official and stable.

With a little do it Yourself - You can get it mostly in Spanish now.

You copy:

./K-Meleon1.5.4es-ES/locales/

to

./K-Meleon1.6.beta2.en-US/locales

Explanation: The files that make K-Meleon's own menus are compatible between these two version. They are in the ./locales folder.

Translations that are based on the so called "chrome files" stay English. Example; Right part of scrrenshot.

Translations that are based on the ./locales files become Spanish when You set

F2 -> GUI appearance -> Lanuages to Spanish; Left part of the screenshot.

The shown menu is from Compact Menu button so some items are vertical not horizontal.

If You do not have Version 1.5.4 installed You will find the 1.5.4 language packet here.

Extract it and can use only the locales folder with 1.6.
Cave You must not use items from the 1.5.4 folder ./chrome.
Chrome from 1.5.4 is not compatible with 1.6.x.
