How to change the default web-search engine

hi all,
i'd like to change the default web-search engine from "google.com" to "google.it".
So i've added in Preferences/Finding Websites/Search Engines the Caption "Google Italia" and the URL "http://www.google.it/search?q=";, but i receive an error 404: where is the mistake?

No Colon or anything behind it. Copy & paste if You edit this.
