k-meleon is a very good navigator
but i closed a window i had this message:

that say i haven't notepad and press yes for download it and No for configure
butwhen i clik it's do nothing.the name of the dialog box is:[Paddy]
That sounds like something trying to ƒµÇ|< with you by dumping an executable onto your thingy, i.e. give you a worm.
i don't think so i have installed windows 1 week ago and i had kaspersky antivirus and firewall
it is a little bug with the French k-m second edition.
if You have the menus and macros for first edition make a new Profile and maybe use that untill someone can tell You how the solution to that macro bug is.
If You do not get answer today?
I can send one of the French forum members a mail.
Or look whether i still have an updated version of the French first release, if You do not have that. but i asumme that You will get answer untill Saturday

I don't mean they succeeded in infecting you, but, really, download and install Notepad? It's not like that's a plug-in for viewing something. I suspect it's a good thing you have Antivirus Pro & the firewall.

I think that you will find the advice of Guenter to be most helpful. If you are using 0.9-Fr Second Edition then it could be a bug. I'm not sure what Alain (the translator) has said about this.
Myself, I use the First Edition with things cleaned up by me. As far as I know Guenter has the update of that release. Unfortunately I have lost the zip/exe file or you could get it from me.
Fallis Maximus could also be right too in this case. I think BOTH people are right. I also think this website attempted to send you a virus/trojan/worm of some type---but where you closed the box you did NOT get infected because you did not download it (this is why your antivirus software didn't set off an alarm, see? no download started). So nothing to worry about there.
@Guenter: If you find this file perhaps you could send it to my file address (the one we use now) and I could place it on the server for download? Or you could use RapidShare? It's up to you.

Le bouton ne permet pas de télécharger le programme. La solution est de mettre le programme Paddy réclamé dans le répertoire tools.

Ensuite, il suffit de lancer K-Meleon.
Il n'y a aucun virus, mais une erreur de ma part, car pour des problèmes de copyright, je n'ai pas voulu mettre le prog dans le package.
Pour la prochaine version (fr3) , je paramètrerai de facon à utiliser le notepad de Windows, comme ça, il n'y aura plus de programme.
Si toutefois tu avais d'autre problème avec la version française, dont je suis le modeste auteur, n'hésite pas, ce forum est fait pour ça.

Tu dois parler avec Guenter car il a trouvé un programme qu'il a mis dans une version de KM (Je crois qu'un chrome daté 1.7.8 peut-être? Il le sait.) se nomme "NotePad2" qui vient en français.
Et merci mille fois pour nous dise qu'il n'y a aucun virus et les autres choses.

Ce qui a reculé la mise en place de l'aide en ligne en français, et de le Fr3, qui viendra avec quelques améliorations (macros) et probablement le moteur 1.7.11
