How to make K-Meleon remember the search keywords I typed in search fields?

Can anyone tell me how to change the setting so that K-Meleon remembers keywords I typed in search fields?

Just like Firefox does: http://tinyurl.com/2369bhd

Thanks in advance!

That FF remembering is AFAIK done via sqlite. K-Meleon does not use it - can not do it.

I cannot make it completely automatic, but I have some code which will help. The code allows the user to store what has been typed in the field and recall it for later input into another field.

Macro code is here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1522294/StoreFS.7z

The current version has limits of 10 text items of no more than 40 characters each. Those are hard coded and can be changed by editing the code. The information is held only for the current session.

Updated November 24:

I have updated the code in the link shown above. StoreFS now has the option to retain values for later sessions. The menu items for StoreFS are reached by a popup. When you have a search/text box on a web page, right-click in the text field. Do this after typing your word or phrase for storing that value. Right-click on the empty field to 'Get Text' from a previously stored value. The options menu is a part of 'Get Text'. Important! StoreFS is not for secure information. The values are open text in your 'prefs.js' file.
