Could anyone please help?

Is it possible to wrap tabs to multiple lines?

Don't think so... Dimly remember one of our 'experts' wrote so ahwile ago...

You can only right-click a tab (> 'Tabs') to get a list of all the tabs in this window, titles readable across the whole screen width.

marco you can try tabsviewer (experimental) http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?9,108342 most recent version in last post, a different way to display tabs.

marco, please read http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?9,109972; you can always expand manually all files inside the 7z package to your k-meleon's root folder without KEM.
