Well, the only other suggestion I have since something seems to be preventing the bookmarklets from being written to your prefs, is to open your user.js file(Edit - Configuration -  User Settings) and add the following:

user_pref("kmeleon.plugins.macros.LastPass.JSFillForms","[i]PASTE JS CODE HERE[/i]");
user_pref("kmeleon.plugins.macros.LastPass.JSLogin","[i]PASTE JS CODE HERE[/i]");

Go to your vault. Right-click your bookmarklets. Copy link url. Paste into each pref value space replacing: PASTE JS CODE HERE. Keep the quotation marks. Save the file. Restart and see if it works.[/quote]
