Well I don't know what the cause is. Something about the Search Buttons Sync portion of the Search+Icon macro module may not be working properly with your settings. But since you're using KT3, if you don't mind not having the engine icon seen in the button, you can just disable the Search+Icon macro module in [b]Preferences - K-Meleon Plugins - Macro Extension[/b]. KT3 has the same Web Search menu attached to the search button, so everything will be the same except for the button not showing the search engine in use. If you do want the changing engine icon, let me know and I'll walk you thru editing the macro text.[/quote]
