i don't understand number 1. cause only one tab or page open should be no warning. can you please take screen capture of the problem

you can let some sites to have popups pop. when popup block, look in status bar will be icon like window small; when you click on popup icon in statusbar you can allow permissions for the website.

as for loader, remember loader is intended for old computers(slow) because might take too long but for fast new computers, loader is not necessary and will not have much effect.. don't use loader if your computer is fast.

if you use loader and make changes, you will need to close loader or changes won't change. you can try super restart extension there:
