It's not hard:

1) Place the macro module (kmm file) and in this case the js file in a new empty folder named macros.

2) Use the following as a template to create a new [b]FavRenAdd.ini[/b] file for the extension manager. It lists the files you created directly beneath the folders that they will be placed in upon installation. Additionally, write a brief description about your extension underneath [info].
