Those page may work for me, but they seem still very heavy on my ressources, so after opening and closing them a few times I had to restart anyway. BTW, my colors are set to 16 bit, that seems to be a little "lighter" for my system. Just for testing I uninstalled kernelex now and renamed the icon cache, but this had no influence, the pages still open okay. The only time I had this same problem was about two years ago, on this site: www.tuchlaube.ch
At the time no one else had probs with it, so I was sure it must be something particular about my system, and just avoided this site for a long time (or used other browsers). When a long time later I dared to go there again, everything worked fine, no idea if perhaps the KM-updates or anything I changed anywhere dit it, or perhaps they had simply changed their site.

Do you mean the new install worked with your "old" profile? If you click on Edit/Config./Profile Directory, is that not local..? (Btw, that profiles.ini must be in the root folder of KM) Or, more likely - do you mean you have still that freezing prob with the default settings?[/quote]
