Many are on several of these sites, others may only be found on one, it's mixed.

But if you also want other toolbars, you probably mean skins??
Those work differently than in other browsers, important to know is that the KM skins change not only the colors and icons, but also define which functions and buttons are displayed!

A tip: if you just want to change the [b]toolbar background[/b], simply place any image into the matching skin folder and save it there as "back.bmp". Make sure backgrounds are enabled in the preferences (GUI)
