Only those to Assembly pages he writes, the ones he had moved into the new folder, so the rest is okay. No crash mentioned either. Doesn't look very good... Really weird, in the year that I'm reading here regularly I can't remember anyone having a similar problem, unlike other stuff, that gets complained over and over. Like losing the complete profile folder after a new install, which usually is still there, just the path forgotten. Must be something very rare and hard to figure out for others...

Is it perhaps possible that it were 2 instances of KM? Meaning that the second one had been started with "-new" in the commandline/link?
