you can do the following and the setting takes
effect immediately (meaning: no need to exit
and restart)

[b]Edit[/b] -> [b]Preference[/b] -> [b]Javascript[/b]
  Under: [b]Content Manipulation[/b]
Uncheck: [b]Disallow scripts to change images[/b]
  Click: [b]Close[/b]

Then go ahead and visit the web site.
Just be aware that any other tabs/windows
you might have open (at the moment)...
are affected by the changed setting also.

When you are done visiting the web site...
you can simply put the check-mark back for
[b]Disallow scripts to change images[/b] and
you'll be [i]semi-safe[/i] from rollover images
again.
