Without going into much detail ... what are the main changes or improvements over K-Meleon 1.6.0 Beta2 from Dec 2010?

... have another question, I'm trying to install Cookie Culler Plus with the K-Meleon Extensions Manager but it will not install. KM Extension Manager says it installed OK but there is no "button" or anything showing that it actually has installed. Should the KM Ext Manager work OK with this newer version?[/quote]
