1.) I downloaded one tarball again to make sure that I had no corrupted data.

Located the bug. The error is in my .mozconfig in combination with the SDK I use.

I did not want to install another Windows SDK. The combination of free "VC Express 2005" and free "Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 R2" can IMHO possibly build K-Meleon sources. :)

So I continued with:

ac_add_options --disable-ipc

Until I ran out of address space:
