My current knowledge of CSS is more like copy an existing line, comment the original, change the copy, and then run it and hope. I have just been trying to follow requests previously posted about background, download items, and colors. Maybe I should have asked the obvious question which is do we need to change from our current design? I will try to put something together to address each of your points.
