AFAIK In a Freeware Community tweetieys policy would prevent anything from advancing(=if all acetd like him - so it can not be considered a legitimate policy).

Maybe his idea is good if we had payed for the k-meleon core and he could charge others for his plugin ( that would get a money based project ahead = legitimate ).[/quote]
