kmeleon can be a semi-accessibility browser with nvda screenreader, the only thing it lacks is voice commands. i tried a while back to work on a ff extension called fire vox but could not port it to kmeleon.. maybe alain can

i also found 2 configs that appear to promise something when it comes to accessibility features:

accessibility.usebrailledisplay
